Recently, I was exploring the idea of installing solar panels to my house when I was introduced to Stellar Industries by Roger ( AC Metal Engineering, who also did an excellent job installing timber-like strip ceiling to my house ). Claudia from Stellar Industries was quick to arrange a meeting to understand my needs and budget. After a site visit with her team and confirmation of the job, materials were procured for the installation. While waiting for fabrication of custom made brackets, the team walk through the whole application process with me with the relevant authorities which made the whole process seamless. During installation, the team kept me updated with daily progress reports. Daily housekeeping was carried out to maintain minimal disruption to my house. The team was in constant contact from start to finish, quick to answer any queries on the whole installation process. On the whole, it was a very pleasant experience working with Stellar Industries in my bid to go green. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering solar panels for their house. Your attentiveness and responsiveness significantly enhanced our experience with your company. Your team's professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond are highly appreciated. Despite the project was done by SunPro Energies(VERY BAD COMPANY WITH ZERO AFTER SALES). When contacted JT with my inital issue, he unconditionally assisted us for the rectification . When problem surfaced again from SunPro Energies previous installation, JT and the team are here again today to rectify with a solution. Good Job JT.
